DataPerfect is a DOS based relational database system, it's not Windows, but you can do fabulous things with DataPerfect on the web.

Some of the listmembers are using DataPerfect as a HTML generator, thus creating webpages including links to graphics, etc.

There is also a CGI application (Firestorm) available from Sanbachs, giving you the opportunity to use a DataPerfect database as a completely webbased application.
